Do your product prices include the printing cost?

Yes, all of the listed pricing includes the cost of printing. Additional fees may include various finishing options, file set up fees, or color matching fees.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Yes, we do offer discounts for large orders, please contact customer service to discuss your specific needs and for a quote.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, the minimum order is $75.00; however, this does not include samples.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept the following formats: PDF, EPS, or TIFF. Files can be in RGB, CMYK, or LAB color space. Files are to be submitted print-ready. Files that are not print-ready will incur additional charges. Your design, when possible, should be created at 150 – 200 dpi at full size (100%).

Do you color match?

Yes, we offer Pantone System color match. The fee is $25.oo per color and will need to be approved prior to production. However, please note that our color acutance is quite good; we maintain very high standards and rigorous profiling of all our materials.

How long will it take to print and ship my order? What if I need my order rushed?

Current production times are five days from order receipt or from the time of approval if color proofs are requested. Expedited services are available. Please contact us for further details.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently shipping to the US and Canada only.

Can my order be canceled?

Any order already in production may not be canceled or changed. Please contact us immediately to check the status of your order if you need to make a change.

Do you accept returns? Can I request a refund if there is a problem with my order?   

Due to the custom nature of our services, all orders are not eligible for a refund. Please note that natural fabrics are subject to naturally occurring imperfections on the material and these occurrences do not qualify for a refund. In the event of a defect in your material, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods to discuss any problem in further detail. All requests are handled on an individual basis.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

Once the order ships from our facility it is in the care of the transportation service. Should any damage or delay occur it is your responsibility to contact the transportation company and to use the tracking number given. It is recommended that you insure your shipment if the value of the product(s) is more than $100 for the actual value. The insurance cost is very reasonable. Please call us for more details.

We pack our shipments to meet the rigorous standards set by our shippers; therefore, Interior Ink is not responsible for any damages that incur during transit.

Could I pick my order up at your office?

Yes, local pickups are available at our office. We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 6:00 pm. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up. Please choose local pickup when you are placing your order.



What are the printing processes used to print the fabric?

The printing process for the natural fabrics is pigment ink. The press size for the pigment ink process is up to 72″ wide by the roll length, which is typically about 150 feet long.

The printing process for the polyester or other fabricated fabrics is dye sublimation. The press size for the dye sub is up to 122″ wide by the roll length.

Is the printing permanent?

Yes, the inks we use for printing the fabrics have been tested to not run, bleed, or smudge under normal conditions.

What safety standards do your fabrics comply with?

We offer several post-treatment options to meet various certifications including fire-rating as well as fabric protection and durability for upholstery, typically required for commercial, hospitality, and healthcare applications to just name a few. Please contact us for further information.

Are your fabrics suitable for apparel?

No, our fabrics are not meant to be used as apparel, however, you may choose to use the fabric however you please. The intended use for our fabrics include items such as upholstery, pillows, linens, curtains, drapery, etc.

Can I order an unprinted sample book?

Yes, unprinted swatch books are available for purchase. The sample book has a 4″ x 4″ swatch of each fabric option that we offer.

Can I have a test swatch printed?

Yes, we offer 8″ x 8″ printed test swatches at $5.00 per swatch.

Can I supply my own fabric?

Yes, you may supply your own fabric if the fabric is coated for the printing process, however, you will need to supply at least an additional 2.5 yards for webbing on our presses. Material submitted for printing or testing must be provided rolled. Please contact us so that we may discuss this in further details.



What are the printing processes used to print solar shades and screens?

We use eco-friendly, durable latex inks or UV inks depending on the materials selected for a long-lasting high-performance product solution.

We offer printing on 1%, 3%, 5%, 10%, and blackout substrates for custom printed solar shades.

What are some of the finishing options for solar shades and screen?

We offer the standard manual or cordless operating systems to be included in the initial quoted price for Solar Shades. Remote controlled motorized systems are also available as wireless, solar powered wireless, and hardwired options. Various fascia and hem bar finishes are also available. What are my options for my image to appear on the shades when fully lowered?

The printing location options are centered, justified, bottom-centered, and full bleed.



What types of media are available?

We offer both Canvas and Photographic art prints.

  • Our Artist Canvas is museum quality 400 gsm weight with a smooth, bright white surface and ideal color gamut.


  • For the high-quality continuous tone, digitally printed light-jet photographic prints, we offer these three media options:
  1. Fuji Crystal Archive (available in Gloss or Matte) delivers vibrant and accurate colors, excellent contrast with ideal gradation balance for a rich tonal scale, and unbiased grays from highlight to shadow. It’s an ideal choice for exacting professionals.
  2. Fuji Flex is a polyester-based silver halide material optimized for professional color printing of display and commercial prints. It creates mirror-like super gloss, great clarity, clear, crisp whites, and brilliant color
  3. Kodak Metallic uses a proprietary combination of film laminate layers that result in striking three-dimensional, lasting images, on an ultra-bright background. Professional emulsion set provides extreme sharpness, brightness, and color saturation and there’s a dramatic increase in D-max with digital applications.
Do you custom fabricate?

What are the printing processes used to print your wallcoverings?

We use eco-friendly, durable latex inks for a long-lasting high-performance product.

How do I figure out much wallpaper I will need?

Measure the widest width and tallest height of the wall in question and use these dimensions to determine the amount of wallpaper per square foot.

Are your repositionable wallcovering options residue free?

Yes. Our repositionable wallcovering options can be removed and reused over and over again without leaving a sticky residue on your walls. Also, the backing will not lose any adhesive quality when removing and repositioning.

Do you offer PVC-free options?

Yes, products that are PVC-free are listed accordingly with the product description.

Can I remove the wall decals?

Yes, our wall decals are fast and easy to remove as well as mess-free.

Can I reuse the wall decals?

These materials are removable with no sticky residue left behind and are repositionable. If you plan to eventually take down your decal, you will need to keep the release liner to store the product. These materials will stick to almost any surface.  They are Class A or 1 fire rated, non-toxic, green and phthalates free.
